China Railway is seeking highly qualified and experienced Senior Technical Civil Engineers to join our growing team for prestigious construction projects.
Position: Senior Technical Civil Engineer
Mandatory Requirements
Minimum 15 years of professional experience in civil engineering and construction.
Proven experience in the construction of high-rise buildings.
Proven experience in 4-star and 5-star hotel projects.
Strong technical and project coordination capabilities.
Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
Excellent knowledge of construction methodologies, engineering standards, and project execution.
Important Notice
Applications that do not demonstrate both high-rise building experience and 4-star/5-star hotel project experience will NOT be considered.
Key Responsibilities
Review and manage technical drawings, specifications, and construction documents.
Coordinate with project managers, consultants, subcontractors, and site teams.
Ensure construction activities comply with project specifications, quality standards, and safety regulations.
Monitor project progress and provide technical solutions to engineering challenges.
Oversee structural, architectural, and civil works execution.
Conduct technical reviews and resolve design-related issues.
Ensure compliance with local regulations, international standards, and company procedures.
Prepare technical reports, method statements, and engineering documentation.
Support project planning, scheduling, and resource management activities.
Participate in meetings with clients, consultants, and stakeholders as required.
