Key Responsibilities:
• Generate new precast concrete business opportunities.
• Build relationships with contractors, consultants, developers, and government clients.
• Identify upcoming projects and submit company profiles and proposals.
• Coordinate with estimation, production, and project teams.
• Negotiate contracts and close deals.
• Expand the company's client network and increase sales revenue.
Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years of experience in the precast concrete industry.
• Strong network of contractors, consultants, and project decision makers in Saudi Arabia.
• Proven track record of securing precast projects.
• Knowledge of precast products, construction methods, and project requirements.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Valid Saudi driving license preferred.
