Quantity Surveyor
Role: Prepare BOQ, cost estimates, valuations, variation orders, tender documents, and work closely with project managers and clients.
Requirements:
• Engineering Degree or QS qualification
• Proven experience as QS in interiors / construction
• Vast knowledge of Bahrain market rates and standards
• Proficient in MS Excel, Word, AutoCad
