Job Summary
Riwaq is looking for an experienced Outdoor Shades Supervisor to manage site measurements, fabrication coordination, and installation of outdoor shade works, pergolas, timber screens, privacy panels, and steel/wood shade systems.
Main Responsibilities:
-Take accurate site measurements.
-Supervise installation of outdoor shades, pergolas, timber slats, and privacy screens.
-Coordinate steel frame fabrication, welding, painting, and fixing.
-Check leveling, alignment, anchors, wall/floor fixing, and finishing quality.
-Manage workers and subcontractors on site.
-Prepare simple material requirements for each job.
-Ensure work is clean, safe, and premium-looking.
Required Experience
*Experience in outdoor shade works, pergolas, steel fabrication, or carpentry installation.
*Good knowledge of steel frames, timber fixing, anchors, and site finishing.
*Able to read simple drawings and measurements.
*Must be hands-on, practical, and able to solve site problems.
Salary Package
BHD 250–350 per month, depending on experience.
Package may include accommodation, transport, and visa, based on company policy.
