Key Responsibilities:
Manage high-volume client RFQs and match complex technical specifications with international suppliers.
Utilize our ERP system to manage product data, track pricing, and maintain accurate inventory records.
Handle extensive professional correspondence via Outlook with corporate clients and global vendors (primarily sourcing from India, Indonesia, and regional markets).
Coordinate order fulfillment, lead times, and compliance tracking under tight deadlines.
Requirements:
Profile: We are specifically looking for an active, energetic, and young professional who thrives in high-stress environments and can work effectively under extreme pressure from clients, suppliers, and internal management.
Experience: 2–4 years of experience in sales coordination, procurement, or commercial operations within Saudi Arabia.
Technical Skills: High proficiency with ERP software (experience with ERPNext is a major plus) and advanced Excel skills for data matching.
Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication in English (clear, precise, and direct).
Logistics: Valid transferable Iqama preferred. Based in Riyadh (On-site).
