Key Responsibilities:
• Manage correspondence, scheduling, and filing.
• Answer and direct phone calls and emails professionally.
• Prepare reports, presentations, and official documents.
• Create invoices and perform accurate data entry tasks.
• Provide administrative support to management and staff.
• Prepare Monthly Invoice (in English & Arabic)

Qualifications:
• Bachelor's Degree in any Faculty.
• Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
• Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with SAP and related business software is required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Arabic is also preferred – especially to understand Iqama details and company-related documentation for Invoicing.
• Prior experience in a secretarial or administrative role is preferred.
• Must have a transferable visa (visa transfer will be processed after 3 months).
