Reservation Staff Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent (hospitality-related qualification is a plus)
Previous experience in reservations, customer service, hospitality, travel, or front office operations
Good verbal and written communication skills
Proficiency in computer systems, email, and reservation/booking software
Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
Ability to handle phone calls and inquiries professionally
Good organizational and multitasking abilities
Attention to detail and accuracy in booking information
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays if required
Knowledge of English; additional languages are an advantage
Basic sales skills for upselling rooms, packages, or services
