DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Prepare Support document before inspection with RFI like survey
report, Checklist, IFC drawing etc.
• Conducting inspection as per approved Inspection and Test Plan (ITP).
• Perform, witness, testing and records result of inspection.
• Responsible for all Road Activity like Sub grad Preparation, Sub
base, Base Course, Prime Coat, Tack Coat, Asphalt Binder
Course and Asphalt Wearing Course.
• Monitor the concrete pouring work including air content test, slump test
and temperature of concrete.
• Verify number of vibrators used for concrete pouring.
• Issuing and closing of NCR (Non-Conformance Report).
• Inspection of surface preparation for the footings, pedestals,
foundations and retaining wall prior to the application of water
proof bituminous and Epoxy coat.
• Checking the quality of materials issued at the job site for the
construction.
• To raise WIR for the inspection of rebar formwork and concrete.
• Raising WIR for backfilling.
• To raise the WIR of waterproofing for raft foundations.
• Follow up the concrete cylinder crushing strength reports.
• Surveillance all the activities and perform according to project
specification.
• Responsible for all the civil work ongoing of project.
• To prepare documentation works for site inspection requests, material
inspections.
• Perform individual inspections at site and inform site team for the
non-compliance noted prior to conduct inspection with consultant.
• Prepare corrective action in coordination with the site team for
the closure of Site observations and non-compliance reports
being issued from the consultant.
• Ensure all laboratory testing equipment are calibrated.
• To observe quality checks, for each activity are as per
approved method statements, checklists and
inspection test plan.
• Ensure that all works are as per approved method statement,
approved project quality plans and issued IFC drawings.
• Responsible to handle structural works from foundation till the
finishing of roof structure.
• Inspection of tank foundations including ring wall foundation, anchor
bolts, back filling with the Approved material.
• Backfilling and compaction activities of civil work which involves in
quality control and follow up of specification as per requirement.
• Monitor at site the implement QA/QC procedures by the
