Key Responsibilities
Coordinate project handover from the Estimation Department at project commencement.
Manage and oversee end-to-end delivery of interior fit-out projects, including restaurants, cafés, retail shops, and other F&B outlets.
Coordinate site activities, subcontractors, suppliers, consultants, and project stakeholders to ensure timely project completion.
Monitor project costs against approved budgets and report cost performance.
Supervise labor productivity and material utilization to ensure efficiency.
Implement value engineering initiatives where necessary to optimize project costs and quality.
Ensure compliance with project specifications, quality standards, health & safety regulations, and company procedures.
Maintain accurate project documentation, reports, and progress records.
Requirements
Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in Interior Fit-Out projects.
Proven experience in commercial, retail, restaurant, café, and F&B fit-out projects is preferred.
Strong project management and coordination skills.
Financial awareness, budgeting, cost control, and reporting capabilities.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant computer applications.
Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
