Duties & Responsibilities
To advice on health and safety issues implementation to the site management, supervisors and HSE
manager.
Prepare, review and implementation of PTW system.
Monitor lifting operations, Excavations/Trenches safety, work at height, hot work activities and
confined space entry etc.
Maintained material safety data sheet (MSDS) on chemicals used at workplace.
Prepare and deliver daily toolbox talk meetings programs at site.
Reported and resolved unsafe conditions to ensure continuous improvement.
Scheduled, conducted and participated in fire drill and disaster plan procedures and requirements.
To conduct monthly inspection of Fire Fighting equipment’s, power tools, vehicles inspection, First
aid materials and general site HSE inspection.
Assist team lead in developing and implementing HSE training program including Emergency
Response plan.
Make sure that personal protective equipment’s is being used in workplace according to regulations.
