We are seeking an experienced Logistics Manager (GCC National) to lead logistics operations for major construction projects, including high-rise buildings and 4- & 5-star hotel developments.
Mandatory Requirements (Applications Not Meeting These Criteria Will Not Be Considered)
GCC National.
Minimum 15 years of experience in construction logistics management.
Proven experience on high-rise building projects.
Proven experience on 4-star and/or 5-star hotel construction projects.
Strong background in construction logistics planning, material coordination, site logistics, and supply chain management.
Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Experience working with large-scale contractors and fast-track projects.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement comprehensive logistics strategies for construction projects.
Manage site logistics, material flow, storage areas, and delivery schedules.
Coordinate with procurement, construction, engineering, and subcontractor teams.
Ensure timely delivery of materials, equipment, and resources to project sites.
Optimize transportation and supply chain operations to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
Monitor logistics performance and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
Manage logistics budgets and resource planning.
Ensure compliance with project safety, quality, and environmental requirements.
Liaise with suppliers, vendors, government authorities, and project stakeholders.
Resolve logistics challenges and minimize disruptions to construction activities.
Prepare logistics reports, forecasts, and management updates.
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
Experience with major international contractors and mega projects.
Strong knowledge of GCC construction industry practices and regulations.
