We’re looking for an ambitious and hands-on professional with experience in Facility Management who wants to help build and grow a business from the ground up.

Responsibilities

* Lead and manage day-to-day facility management operations.
* Build, train, and develop a high-performing operations team.
* Oversee maintenance services, including:
* HVAC systems
* Electrical works
* Plumbing
* Tiling and finishing works
* General building maintenance
* Develop operational procedures and improve service quality.
* Support business growth by helping establish scalable systems and processes.

Requirements

* Previous experience in Facility Management, maintenance, or construction operations.
* Strong leadership and team-building skills.
* Self-motivated with an ownership mentality.
* Passionate about building and growing a business.
* Comfortable working in a fast-paced, startup environment.
* Based in Jeddah (preferred) or Riyadh.
