Project Coordinator (Furnishing Industry)
Responsibilities:
- Track purchase orders, monitor lead times, verify inventory, and manage shipping logistics from suppliers to the project site.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, interior designers, contractors, and furniture manufacturers.
- Oversee the delivery, assembly, and final installation of furniture to ensure it matches project layouts and quality standards.
- Maintain project trackers, review invoices, manage petty expenses, and report on project milestones.
- Ensure quality of the products before dispatch.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
- Proficiency with project management software and basic knowledge of AutoCAD.
- with experience in furnishing projects.
Salary: BD 400-500 + accommodation & transportation
