Essential day-to-day responsibilities include:
Drink Preparation: Mixing, garnishing, and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks accurately and quickly.
Customer Service: Greeting guests warmly, offering menu recommendations, and ensuring an inviting atmosphere.
Safety & Compliance: Verifying customer identification, checking for legal drinking age, and monitoring patrons' alcohol consumption to prevent over-intoxication.
Transactions: Taking orders and securely processing cash and card payments using a POS system.
Bar Maintenance: Keeping the workspace clean, washing glassware, wiping down surfaces, and restocking liquor, ice, and garnishes.
