Key Responsibilities * Machine Operation: Set up, calibrate, and operate CNC machines specifically for woodworking tasks, including cutting, lipping, and boring for cabinets, closets, and bed frames.
Technical Execution: Read and interpret technical blueprints, 3D designs, and CAD/CAM software instructions to ensure accurate production.
Quality Control: Inspect finished modular pieces to ensure they meet strict quality standards and exact design specifications before moving to the next production phase.
Maintenance & Safety: Perform routine maintenance on CNC equipment, troubleshoot basic machine faults, and strictly adhere to all workshop safety protocols.
Workflow Optimization: Collaborate with the production team to minimize material waste and maintain an efficient, organized, and clean workspace.
Requirements * Proven experience as a CNC Machine Operator, specifically within the wood and furniture manufacturing industry.
Strong understanding of CNC programming and familiarization with CAD/CAM software.
Ability to read technical drawings and mechanical blueprints accurately.
Keen attention to detail with a strong focus on producing high-quality, defect-free work.
Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment.
