We are looking for an experienced and well-organized **Manpower Specialist** to manage end-to-end manpower operations for industrial, oil & gas, EPC, shutdown, turnaround, and maintenance projects across Saudi Arabia.
The ideal candidate should have strong experience in recruitment, mobilization, workforce coordination, manpower planning, client support, and compliance with Saudi labor regulations.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Manage recruitment, selection, allocation, and deployment of skilled and unskilled manpower.
* Coordinate mobilization requirements, including visa processing, medical tests, documentation, onboarding, and site access approvals.
* Liaise with clients, project managers, suppliers, subcontractors, and site teams regarding manpower requirements.
* Ensure compliance with Saudi Labor Law, Qiwa, Muqeem, GOSI, and other applicable government platforms.
* Maintain manpower records, deployment schedules, attendance, timesheets, and performance tracking.
* Handle urgent replacement, demobilization, and manpower coordination requirements.
* Prepare weekly and monthly manpower reports for management and clients.
* Build and maintain a reliable manpower database for industrial trades across Saudi Arabia.
**Requirements:**
* Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
* Minimum 4 years of manpower coordination, manpower supply, or workforce management experience in Saudi Arabia.
* Experience in industrial projects, oil & gas, EPC, shutdown, turnaround, maintenance, or construction sectors.
* Strong knowledge of Saudi Labor Law, Qiwa, Muqeem, GOSI, and manpower-related procedures.
* Good understanding of industrial trades such as welders, pipe fitters, fabricators, electricians, riggers, scaffolders, helpers, and equipment operators.
* Excellent communication skills in Arabic and English.
* Strong coordination, negotiation, reporting, and follow-up skills.
* Ability to manage high-volume manpower requirements across multiple project locations.
**Preferred Experience:**
Experience supporting projects for **Saudi Aramco, SABIC, Royal Commission, or major EPC contractors** will be considered a strong advantage.
