Minimum Requirements:
Experience in Control Valve Maintenance and Troubleshooting
Strong knowledge of Instrumentation Transmitters, including
Differential Pressure Transmitters (DPT)
Level Transmitters (LT)
Pressure Transmitters (PT)
Good understanding of various Industrial Gauges and their maintenance.
Ability to diagnose, calibrate, maintain, and troubleshoot field instruments.
Familiarity with industrial safety standards and procedures.
Good knowledge of Safe Work Practices, including:
Work Permit SystemJob Safety Analysis (JSA)
Lockout/Tagout (LOTO)
Hazard Identification and Risk Assessment
Scope of Work:
Preventive and corrective maintenance of instrumentation systems.Calibration and testing of field instruments.
Troubleshooting and repair of control valves and instrumentation equipment.
Compliance with site safety and permit-to-work requirements.
