Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering.
Minimum 5–10 years of experience in construction or civil projects.
Proven experience in project planning, execution, and site management.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Experience in managing project schedules, budgets, and resources.
Good knowledge of safety regulations and quality standards.
Excellent communication and reporting skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and project management software.
Valid Saudi driving license is preferred.
Transferable Iqama is preferred.
