About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Specialist / Business Development Officer to help expand our client base and drive business growth. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, the ability to build relationships, and a passion for achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
• Identify and develop new business opportunities
• Generate leads and convert prospects into clients
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships
• Achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs
• Conduct client meetings and presentations
• Collaborate with the marketing team to support business growth
• Follow up with potential clients and close deals
Requirements
• Experience in Sales, Marketing, or Business Development
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Self-motivated and target-oriented personality
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Knowledge of Digital Marketing, Business Setup, or Construction Services is a plus
