We are seeking an experienced Concrete Plant Manager to lead our production operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily plant activities, ensuring high-quality output, maintaining production schedules, and managing the team to achieve operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
Production Oversight: Manage daily production operations and ensure on-time delivery of high-quality concrete.
Quality Control: Maintain strict adherence to mix designs, technical specifications, and safety standards.
Team Leadership: Lead and motivate the plant team (batching operators, drivers, and technicians).
Maintenance & Equipment: Oversee the maintenance of plant machinery to ensure maximum uptime.
Inventory Management: Manage raw material stocks and coordinate logistics to ensure smooth operations.
