Field Service Maintenance Technician

As a Field Service Technician, you will travel to our customers' facilities to perform installations, routine preventative maintenance, and emergency repairs on the machinery they purchased from us. You will act as our technical expert, solving complex equipment issues on-site and ensuring our clients experience minimal downtime and maximum satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
On-Site Maintenance & Repair: Travel to customer locations to perform scheduled preventative maintenance, diagnostic troubleshooting, and repairs on our sold equipment.

Installation & Commissioning: Lead the on-site setup, assembly, testing, and calibration of newly purchased machines at client facilities.

Customer Training: Educate customer operators and their internal maintenance teams on correct machine operation, safety protocols, and basic daily upkeep.

Technical Support: Provide remote troubleshooting support via phone or email when not traveling.

Service Documentation: Complete detailed digital service reports after every visit, documenting the work performed, parts replaced, and future maintenance recommendations.

Client Relations: Maintain a professional demeanor, acting as a trusted advisor to clients and representing AK] with integrity.
