Key Responsibilities
Wash, clean, and sanitize dishes, pots, pans, utensils, and kitchen equipment to the highest hygiene standards.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dishwashing area, kitchen, and storerooms.
Operate and maintain dishwashing machines efficiently.
Ensure proper waste disposal and strict adherence to sanitation and food safety standards.
Assist in receiving and organizing kitchen supplies and storage areas.
Perform deep cleaning tasks and support the kitchen team during peak hours.
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
Previous kitchen or cleaning experience is an advantage.
Physically fit and able to stand for long hours.
Strong attention to detail and team player.
Flexible availability including weekends and holidays.
Minimum 2+ years of relevant experience in Bahrain.
Must hold a valid Bahrain Employment Visa / Work Permit (transferable).
