Requirements and Responsibilities:
Receptionist: Communication, reservation software, phone etiquette, problem-solving, multitasking
Housekeeper: Cleaning techniques, attention to detail, time efficiency, chemical safety, physical endurance
Cook: Food safety, cooking techniques, knife skills, time management, teamwork
Driver: Safe driving, local navigation, customer service, physical stamina, punctuality
Waiter/Waitress: Order taking, menu knowledge, serving techniques, upsellings, POS systems
Maintenance: Plumbing, electrical, carpentry, HVAC, safety compliance
Manager: Leadership, scheduling, budgeting, training, guest recovery
Key Responsibilities:
Provide excellent customer service to all guests
Maintain cleanliness and organization in assigned areas
Assist guests with inquiries, requests, and concerns
Work collaboratively with team members across departments
Follow hotel safety and operational procedures.
Requirements:
Previous hospitality or customer service experience (preferred)
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
