Key Responsibilities
📈 Monitor core logistics lead-time and quality metrics across the end-to-end logistics lifecycle, including SLA Achievement Rate, Out for Delivery (OFD) Rate, and Delivery Timeliness.
📋 Establish and maintain data monitoring frameworks and generate high-quality daily, weekly, and monthly Quality Control (QC) reports.
🔍 Conduct in-depth root-cause analysis of operational anomalies, lead-time delays, delivery failures, and backlogs during both routine operations and peak seasons.
📊 Perform multi-dimensional data analysis to identify structural bottlenecks and operational improvement opportunities.
🌍 Benchmark delivery quality performance across regions and stations, providing actionable insights and recommendations to Operations teams.
🤝 Collaborate closely with Operations and Last-Mile teams to drive process optimization and track improvement outcomes.
💻 Extract, clean, and process large-scale operational logistics data from core databases while ensuring data accuracy, integrity, and timeliness.
Qualifications
✅ Bachelor's degree in Logistics Management, Supply Chain, Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field.
✅ 1–3+ years of experience in Data Analytics within Logistics, Express Delivery, Cross-Border E-commerce, or Supply Chain industries.
✅ Previous experience in Quality Control (QC) or Operational Quality Analytics is highly preferred.
Technical Skills
✅ Advanced Excel skills, including formulas, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, and Pivot Tables.
✅ Basic knowledge of Python or R for data cleaning, automation, or predictive analytics is a strong advantage.
