Key Responsibilities:
Identify, develop, and secure new business opportunities within the contracting, subcontracting, and industrial sectors.
Leverage existing relationships to build a strong pipeline of clients and strategic partners.
Conduct field visits, client meetings, and market research to understand client needs and upcoming project opportunities.
Prepare and deliver technical and commercial presentations, proposals, and quotations.
Negotiate contracts and close sales agreements to meet or exceed monthly and annual revenue targets.
Act as the primary point of contact between the company and our contracting partners, ensuring high client satisfaction.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Experience: Minimum of 5+ years of proven sales and marketing experience within the KSA market, specifically in the construction, industrial, or contracting sectors.
Network: Must have established, active connections and a strong working relationship with main contractors, subcontractors, and key decision-makers in the region.
Driving License: A valid Saudi driving license is mandatory.
Language: Fluency in English (Arabic is highly preferred).
Iqama Status: Valid and transferable Iqama []Optional: remove if not applicable].
Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
