Key Responsibilities:
1. Maintain daily books of accounts, ledgers, and cash/bank entries
2. Prepare invoices, VAT invoices, and collect payments from customers
3. Reconcile bank statements and handle petty cash
4. Assist in monthly reports, VAT returns, and audit documents
5. Coordinate with suppliers for bills & payments
Requirements:
1. Bachelor’s in Commerce/Accounting or equivalent
2. 2+ years experience in accounts, preferably in retail/trading
3. Good knowledge of Tally / QuickBooks / Peachtree + MS Excel
4. Knowledge of Bahrain VAT rules is an advantage
5. Accuracy, confidentiality, and strong Excel skills
