• Separate private room
• Shared kitchen and shared bathroom
• Peaceful and decent environment
• If it is a 1BHK flat, only two persons should be living in the apartment
• If it is a 2BHK flat, I prefer one person per room
• Furnished room preferred (AC, bed, wardrobe, washing machine, etc.)
• Parking availability would be a plus
