About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced Sales Supervisor to manage our Fresh Poultry sales team. The role includes supervising daily routes, achieving sales targets, ensuring proper product handling (FIFO), and maintaining strong customer relationships.
Requirements:
- FMCG / fresh food sales experience
- Experience in route sales
- Previous supervisory experience
- Valid Saudi driving license

Key Responsibilities
Supervise and manage sales team (route sales)
Ensure achievement of monthly sales targets
Monitor daily routes, sales performance, and coverage
Ensure proper product handling (FIFO, expiry control)
Build strong relationships with customers
Follow up on collections and outstanding balances
