Qualification:
B.E./B.Tech in Electrical Engineering
MBA/PGDM preferred
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and review EPC tendering and bid management activities.
Ensure compliance with tender requirements, internal processes, and contractual guidelines.
Conduct quality checks and risk assessments before bid submission.
Coordinate with Engineering, Procurement, Finance, and Legal teams for bid preparation.
Develop and maintain tendering standards, templates, and documentation processes.
Monitor bid timelines and ensure timely and error-free submissions.
Support techno-commercial evaluations and contract reviews.
Drive process improvements and mentor team members.
Desired Profile:
Strong experience in EPC tendering, bid management, and techno-commercial proposals.
Sound understanding of power, utility, switchgear, transmission, distribution, or infrastructure projects.
Expertise in contract management, compliance, and documentation.
Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Proficient in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
