Job Responsibilities:
Handle customer inquiries through WhatsApp, phone calls, and support tickets.
Assist customers with ride-related issues.
Escalate and follow up on customer complaints when required.
Maintain professional communication and high customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
Fluent in Arabic (speaking and writing).
Fluent in Urdu (speaking and writing).
Basic English communication skills.
Good computer skills.
Customer service experience is preferred.
Salary: SAR 2,500 – 3,000
Transfer of sponsorship is NOT required.
