We are seeking a reliable General Maintenance Technician to handle routine inspections, preventative maintenance, and basic repairs for our restaurant, including kitchen equipment, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, lighting, and general facility needs.
Key Responsibilities:
•Perform routine inspections and basic repairs throughout the restaurant.
•Maintain kitchen equipment, refrigeration, plumbing, lighting, HVAC, doors, fixtures, and furniture.
•Respond quickly to urgent maintenance issues during operations.
•Coordinate with vendors or contractors for specialized repairs.
•Follow safety, sanitation, and company standards while documenting completed work and repair needs.
Qualifications:
•Previous maintenance, facilities, restaurant, hotel, or repair experience preferred.
•Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, painting, and equipment repair.
•Commercial kitchen equipment or refrigeration experience is a plus.
•Ability to troubleshoot issues, work independently, and prioritize urgent tasks.
•Ability to lift, bend, climb, stand, and work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
