Key Responsibilities:
* Support the Sales Supervisor in managing daily sales operations
* Supervise and guide sales representatives on assigned routes
* Ensure product availability, visibility, and proper merchandising in retail outlets
* Monitor stock levels in vans and coordinate replenishment
* Track daily sales performance and report achievements and gaps
* Assist in implementing promotional activities and trade marketing plans
* Visit key customers and support in building strong business relationships
* Ensure compliance with company policies and sales procedures
* Prepare daily/weekly sales reports
Requirements:
* Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, or related field
* 2–4 years of experience in FMCG sales (field experience preferred)
* Strong knowledge of retail and distribution channels
* Good leadership and communication skills
* Ability to work under pressure and meet targets
* Valid driving license
