Responsibilities:
- Prepare breakfast, lunch, and dinner for company staff daily.
- Maintain strict hygiene, cleanliness, and organization in the kitchen and dining area.
- Manage kitchen inventory and ensure zero wastage of food items.
- Plan balanced weekly menus (primarily Indian cuisine).
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a cook in a company mess, restaurant, or catering setup.
- Knowledge of standard food safety and hygiene practices.
- Must be present in Saudi Arabia with a transferable Iqama (preferred).
- Ability to manage cooking for 50-60 people.
