The responsibilities are...
1) Reviewing & managing materials inspection request (MIRs), work inspection request (WIRs), at all mechanical & MEP works as per work standard.
2) Ensure MEP installation i.e AHU, FCU, VRF, firefighting, Ducting, Cooper pipes as per the IFC drawings.
3) Monitoring & execution of site activities as per material, quality & specifications.
4) Conducting meeting with clients & consultant for progress activities.
5) Checking GRP, FRP & HDPE water lines as per welding butt & fusion,
6) CS, LTCS & SS line fabrication & erection as well as hydro testing.
7) Checking materials quantities as order as per approved submittals.
8) Monitoring the site activities related to safety permits & coordination with safety teams.
9) Making relationship with QC & Safety teams regarding site smooth activities.
10) Planning & scheduling the work activities & making relationship with civil & electrical teams to avoid clashes at site.
Having more than 8 years in Saudi Arabia & qatar, in MEP like HVAC, plumbing fire fighting, tanks & piping work.
