Key Responsibilities
*Greet guests and assist with luggage handling and room escort
*Deliver messages, packages, and items to guest rooms
*Arrange transportation and provide information on hotel facilities and local attractions
*Maintain cleanliness of the bell desk and luggage storage areas
*Support Front Desk and other teams during peak periods
*Handle guest requests professionally and promptly
Requirements
*Previous experience in hospitality or guest services preferred
*Minimum 2+ years experience as a Bellman in hotel guest services
*Excellent communication and customer service skills
*Professional appearance and positive attitude
*Flexible availability (including weekends and holidays)
*Basic English + Arabic language skills are an advantage
*Must hold a valid Bahrain Work Permit
