Core Responsibilities

• Team Leadership: Assign daily cleaning tasks, supervise staff during shifts, and provide hands-on training.

• Quality Inspections: Conduct routine quality checks on guest rooms, bathrooms, and public areas to ensure brand standards are met.


• Scheduling: Create and manage employee schedules, track attendance, and arrange for shift replacements when needed.

• Inventory Management: Monitor the stock of cleaning supplies and linens, placing orders to ensure staff always has necessary materials.


• Customer Service: Address guest or client requests, resolve complaints regarding housekeeping, and track lost and found items.

• Maintenance Liaison: Report broken fixtures, equipment, or furniture to the maintenance department for repair.


• Safety Compliance: Ensure all staff adhere strictly to sanitation guidelines, infection control, and OSHA safety standards.


Qualifications
• Certification of employment with the same position
• Transferable Iqama- valid not expired
• Can join Immediately
