This role manages a large geographic territory and a multi-layered field sales team across self-service, discounters, wholesale, and cash van channels.
Responsibilities
Own the Western Region revenue, volume, and distribution targets across all GT channels.
Lead and develop supervisors and salesmen to consistently exceed targets.
Drive trade execution: shelf presence, numeric distribution, planogram compliance, and promotions.
Grow the active customer base and open new accounts across the region.
Conduct regular field visits for coaching, quality control, and opportunity identification.
Prepare sales forecasts and market intelligence reports for senior management.
Coordinate with the supply chain to ensure stock availability and route efficiency.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in business or related field.
Required Skills
8+ years in FMCG sales, with at least 3 years as an RSM or senior ASM.
Proven KSA market experience is required, with strong knowledge of the Saudi General Trade landscape.
Experience managing a large geographic region with multi-level field teams.
Data-driven mindset with experience using sales management and reporting tools.
Fluent in Arabic and English.
