PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE SUMMARY
Currently employed as an HSE Officer in the oil & gas industry and maintenance sector in Saudi Arabia. Experience spans multiple projects across different industries within the Kingdom, including construction, maintenance, and industrial operations. Key responsibilities include:
• Conducting daily site safety inspections, toolbox talks, and JSA (Job Safety Analysis) reviews
• Performing scaffold inspections in accordance with Saudi Aramco and OSHA 1926 Subpart L standards
• Investigating near misses, incidents, and unsafe acts/conditions and generating detailed reports
• Ensuring compliance with PTW (Permit to Work) systems, LOTO procedures, and confined space regulations
• Monitoring PPE usage and enforcing safety compliance among site personnel and subcontractors
• Coordinating emergency response drills and maintaining first aid and fire fighting readiness
• Preparing and submitting weekly and monthly HSE performance reports to project management
• Conducting induction and safety orientation training for new site employees
