Key Responsibilities
Business Development: Actively identify and pursue new project leads through networking, cold calling, and industry research.
Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with developers, contractors, architects, and project managers.
Sales Pipeline Management: Manage the entire sales cycle from initial contact and project bidding to contract negotiation and closing.
Collaboration: Work closely with our estimating and project management teams to ensure accurate quotes and successful project handovers.
Market Analysis: Stay up-to-date with local construction market trends, competitor activity, and upcoming projects.
Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline updates, and forecasts in the CRM system.
Requirements & Qualifications
Experience: 2–5 years of successful sales experience, specifically within the construction, real estate, or building materials industry.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Civil Engineering, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
Skills:
Strong negotiation and closing skills.
Ability to read and understand basic construction blueprints/proposals is a major plus.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Travel: Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to client meetings and project sites as needed.
