Role Summary:
Experienced Civil Site Engineer responsible for supervising and executing residential building works, ensuring quality, safety, and timely project delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage day‑to‑day site execution for structural and finishing works
Ensure work follows approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards
Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and consultants
Monitor progress, prepare daily/weekly site reports
Conduct inspections for concrete, masonry, plastering, waterproofing, and finishing
Enforce safety protocols and resolve on‑site technical issues
Handle material requisitions and verify material quality
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering
6+ years of experience in construction, Gulf Experience is preferred.
Strong knowledge of site execution, QA/QC, and construction methods
Proficient in AutoCAD and MS Office
Good communication and team‑coordination skills
