Salary: BHD 170 – 180 per month
Job Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome customers in a friendly and professional manner.
Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently.
Serve food and drinks promptly while ensuring excellent customer service.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas and tables.
Assist customers with menu recommendations and answer their queries.
Handle customer complaints politely and escalate issues when necessary.
Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service.
Process bills and payments when required.
Follow restaurant hygiene, safety, and company policies at all times.
Requirements:
Previous experience as a waiter/waitress in a restaurant is preferred.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Pleasant personality and customer-oriented attitude.
Basic English & Arabic communication skills are required.
Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
Candidates must be physically fit and able to stand for long periods.
