Key Responsibilities
Conduct daily safety inspections and site audits.
Identify hazards and implement corrective actions.
Ensure workers follow safety rules and procedures.
Conduct Toolbox Talks (TBT) and safety training.
Monitor the proper use of PPE (Personal Protective Equipment).
Prepare Risk Assessments and Job Safety Analysis (JSA).
Investigate accidents, incidents, and near misses.
Maintain HSE records, reports, and documentation.
Ensure compliance with OSHA, NEBOSH, and company safety standards.
Monitor Permit to Work (PTW) activities.
Coordinate emergency response and fire safety procedures.
Promote a positive safety culture on site.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree or Diploma.
NEBOSH Certification (preferred).
OSHA 30/48 Hours Certification.
Knowledge of HSE regulations and standards.
Good communication and reporting skills.
Experience in construction, industrial, or oil & gas projects.
