Barista

A Barista is responsible for preparing and serving coffee, tea, and specialty beverages while providing exceptional customer service in a café or coffee shop environment. The role involves operating coffee equipment, maintaining a clean workspace, and ensuring customers have a positive and welcoming experience.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, including espresso-based drinks, teas, smoothies, and specialty items.

Operate and maintain coffee machines, grinders, and brewing equipment.

Greet customers, take orders accurately, and process payments using POS systems.



Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth shop operations.
