Key Responsibilities:
Develop, manage, and coordinate MEP BIM models using Autodesk Revit.
Perform clash detection and clash resolution using Autodesk Navisworks.
Coordinate Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, Architectural, and Structural models.
Prepare coordinated shop drawings, builders' work drawings, and as-built models.
Ensure compliance with project specifications, BIM Execution Plan (BEP), and client standards.
Conduct BIM coordination meetings and prepare clash reports.
Coordinate with consultants, clients, subcontractors, and site teams to resolve design and construction issues.
Review IFC drawings and ensure all models are updated with the latest revisions.
Support the preparation of material submittals and technical documentation.
Maintain model quality, LOD requirements, and project BIM standards.
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience as an MEP BIM Coordinator.
Expert knowledge of Autodesk Revit and Navisworks Manage.
Strong experience in clash detection, model coordination, and shop drawing preparation.
Familiar with LOD 300, LOD 350, and LOD 400.
Experience working on commercial, residential, hospital, or high-rise building projects.
Good understanding of SMACNA, NFPA, ASHRAE, IPC, SBC, and other relevant MEP standards.
Excellent communication and coordination skills.
Saudi Arabia project experience is preferred.
