HSE Officer

I am an HSE Officer with over 5 years of professional experience in the construction, precast, dairy, and infrastructure industries, currently contributing to Elseif – DBO Oxagon Precast Facility, NEOM. I hold a 2-year Diploma of HSE Specialist from a government-approved institute and possess internationally recognized certifications including NEBOSH IGC, ISO 45001, ISO QMS, IOSH Managing Safely, OSH Manager (48 Hours) .

My professional experience includes work on high-rise buildings, bridges, national highway projects, precast operations, and industrial facilities, where I have developed strong expertise in hazard identification, risk assessment, Permit to Work (PTW) systems, incident investigation, safety audits, and regulatory compliance.

I am dedicated to fostering a proactive safety culture, reducing workplace hazards, and ensuring the well-being of personnel, equipment, and assets.
