Key Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger.
Prepare financial reports, budgets, and cash flow statements.
Ensure compliance with Bahrain laws, regulations, and company policies.
Coordinate with auditors, banks, and government authorities.
Supervise administrative functions, including office management and staff coordination.
Handle payroll processing and employee records.
Monitor company documentation, licenses, and renewals.
Support management with financial and administrative reports.
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience in accounting and administration.
Proficiency in Tally accounting software and Microsoft Office applications.
Strong knowledge of financial reporting and Bahrain regulations.
Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple responsibilities.
Preferred:
Experience in the contracting, Renewable Energy, Fabrication or trading sector.
