Gmbs is actively seeking a dynamic, motivated Sales Executive to serve as a vital representative of our company. In this key role, the Sales Executive will guide customers seamlessly through the sales process, from their initial introduction to the finalisation. This position requires a proactive approach in strengthening relationships with our current customers while also identifying and converting new clients into loyal, repeat customers. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional communication skills, a deep understanding of our product offerings, and a commitment to delivering outstanding customer service. By building rapport and trust, the Sales Executive will play a crucial role in driving sales growth and enhancing customer satisfaction, all while fostering a positive brand image in the market
Responsibilities:
Building a business by identifying and selling prospects
Maintaining relationships with clients
Excellent sales service to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
Welcoming customers and answering queries confidently
Providing support, information, and guidance to customers
Recommending profit and service improvements
Identifying industry trends, market activities, intelligence and competitors.
Required Skills:
Proven work experience as a Sales or similar role
Understanding of sales principles and customer service practices
Solid communication/interpersonal skills
Ability to perform independently under pressure
Friendly and energetic personality
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Fluency in English and Arabic is considered a significant advantage.
A valid driving license is required.
