Construction is looking for an experienced **Civil Engineer** to join our team for residential villa and building projects.

**Requirements**
* Minimum **3 years of experience** in villa and building construction.
* Good knowledge of excavation, foundation, concrete, masonry, plastering, and finishing works.
* Ability to supervise site workers and subcontractors.
* Able to read construction drawings.
* Good communication and leadership skills.
* **Valid Bahrain driving license is required.**
**Responsibilities**
* Supervise daily site work.
* Ensure work is completed as per drawings and project schedule.
* Coordinate workers, materials, and subcontractors.
* Maintain quality and site safety.
* Submit daily site progress reports.
