Position - Civil Foreman**
Requirements
* Minimum **3 years of experience** in residential villa and building construction projects.
* Strong knowledge of civil construction activities, including:
* Excavation
* Foundations
* Reinforced concrete works
* Masonry
* Plastering
* Finishing works
* Ability to supervise and coordinate site workers, subcontractors, and daily site activities.
* Capable of reading and interpreting construction drawings and specifications.
* Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
* Good knowledge of construction safety procedures and quality standards.
* **Valid driving license is mandatory.**
## Key Responsibilities
* Supervise and manage daily site operations for villa and building construction projects.
* Ensure all work is carried out according to approved drawings, specifications, and project schedules.
* Coordinate manpower, materials, and equipment to ensure smooth site operations.
* Monitor work quality and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
* Report daily site progress, challenges, and requirements to the Site Engineer/Project Manager.
* Maintain productivity and ensure timely completion of assigned works.
