Scope of Work
We are inviting qualified and experienced subcontractors for the execution of Internal and External Wall Plastering Works for a large-scale villa project in Jeddah.
The subcontractor shall provide complete execution including:
Skilled and unskilled labor
Scaffolding
Sand (Riyadh Batha)
Cement
Corner Beads (Angles)
Wire Mesh
All necessary tools, equipment, and consumables required to complete the plastering works as per project specifications and quality standards.
Project Details
Total Villas: 120 Nos.
Plastering Area per Villa: 1,120 SQM (Internal & External)
Contract Value per Villa: SAR 21000
Payment Terms
Water and electricity will be provided by the Main Contractor.
45% Payment upon approval of Internal Plastering Works.
55% Payment upon approval of External Plastering Works.
90% of certified invoice value will be released within 20 days from invoice submission.
Remaining 10% retention amount will be released after 3 months.
Requirements
Proven experience in villa plastering projects.
Availability of sufficient manpower and supervision staff.
Ability to maintain project quality, safety standards, and construction schedule.
