Position Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive with proven experience in the Oil & Gas industry to support business growth and strategic client acquisition across Saudi Arabia and the GCC region. The ideal candidate will possess strong commercial acumen, an established industry network, and a successful track record in securing contracts, developing client relationships, and driving revenue growth within upstream, midstream, downstream, EPC, maintenance, industrial services, or energy-related sectors.
Key Responsibilities
Identify, develop, and secure new business opportunities within the Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, Energy, and Industrial sectors.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including operators, EPC contractors, project owners, and procurement teams.
Develop and execute strategic business development plans aligned with company objectives.
Generate leads, prepare proposals, participate in tenders, and negotiate commercial agreements.
Monitor market trends, upcoming projects, and competitor activities within Saudi Arabia and the GCC.
Collaborate with technical, operations, and commercial teams to prepare competitive bids and solutions.
Conduct client presentations, commercial meetings, and contract negotiations.
Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and achieve revenue and growth targets.
Support pre-qualification processes and vendor registrations with major clients.
Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking forums.
Candidate Requirements
Education
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Marketing, Energy Management, or a related discipline.
MBA or relevant commercial qualification is an advantage.
Experience
Minimum 15 years of business development or sales experience within the Oil & Gas sector.
Proven experience working with EPC contractors, energy service companies, industrial service providers, or oil & gas operators.
Demonstrated success in generating new business and managing key accounts.
Experience in Saudi Arabia or GCC markets is highly preferred.

Strong understanding of Oil & Gas project lifecycle and procurement processes.
Ability to identify and pursue strategic growth opportunities.
Experience with tendering, contract management, and client relationship management.
Self-driven, target-oriented, and capable of working independently.
Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
Preferred Profile
European nationals with international Oil & Gas business development experience.
Existing network within Saudi Arabia, GCC, or international energy markets.
Willingness to travel extensively within Saudi Arabia and the GCC region.
